This 1-hr routine at the gym includes our Signature 10-min-a-week workout based on the concept of Super Slow Weight Training. It is not only the quickest way for you to dramatically increase strength and build your immunity, but has incredible anti-aging effects. You will be burning energy throughout the entire week – even while sleeping!
Our signature workout routine with Olga also includes the most effective stretching methods before and after, which will leave you (surprisingly) pain-free. In addition, you will be focusing on your two problem areas, e.g. hips and belly, to learn the quickest, most effective workout possible for your body type. Our workouts will help you achieve your fitness goals much more efficiently and easily than you could have ever imagined possible in minimal time. Get ready to look younger and grow stronger!

NOTE: Please make sure to inform the coach of any injuries or problems you have prior to your program. Any injuries will be the sole responsibility of the client. Gold’s Gym Visitor Fee applies to non-Gold members. We highly recommend that you join as a member for the duration of your training program.

AYA JEAN SIGNATURE SEXY WORKOUT PROGRAM WITH OLGA
For clients who want more! This is an additional program to complement the weekly AJ Signature Secret Workout Routine. It is to be performed during the week to maximize results. The client may book this workout up to 4 times a week if our Certified Coach approves. Content is subject to change depending on the client’s level and condition. Please inform your Coach about medical conditions & injuries prior to each session and consult your doctor in advance when/if you have any concerns.
This program includes once a week nutritional advice (15 minutes) and a once a month gym session with AYA JEAN.
